   All services include a consultation, which is scheduled for the date and time the client selects during the booking process. This consultation is an essential part of our service process and ensures we deliver the highest quality results tailored to your needs.

2. Service Turnaround Time
   After your consultation, your completed service will be returned to you within 72 hours. We pride ourselves on accuracy and thoroughness, so this time is used to deliver exceptional results.

3. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation time.

   • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the consultation time will not be allowed. This policy ensures that we can accommodate all clients fairly and manage our schedule effectively.
